Please inspect packages immediately upon receiving for any damages that may have occurred during transit.
If your item(s) are damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and send to our email at nvhomefragrance@gmail.com within 7 days. Be sure to include your first and last name and order number in the subject bar. Upon receiving email, we will re-ship your item for you at no cost.
Customers requesting a refund or exchange after 7 days will not be accepted.
